The carriage is subject to Himalayan Heli Services regulations relating to the conditions of Impar-International Carriage (Passenger and Baggage) framed in accordance with The Carriage by Air Act, 1972 and Notification regarding application of the carriage which is non-international. After landing at Kharsali helipad, our crew will receive the guests & take them for darshan in palki or pony. Yamunotri Dham journey is approx. 6 km by trek from Kharsali, which will take around 2 hours to reach.

However, Himalayan Heli reserves the right to change/postpone the timings of flying, subject to weather/force majeure reasons.

Passengers must complete darshan in this time. INCASE OF BAD WEATHER / TECHNICAL SNAG Chances of flight cancellation due to bad weather are common during monsoon. In case of cancellation due to technical reason/bad weather or other unforeseen reasons beyond our control, full refund of the ticket will be given. HHSPL bears no other liability to the passenger. No accommodation, meals or cost of transport or any such cost would be reimbursed or compensated. NO AERIAL PHOTOPGRAPHY Aerial Photography from Helicopter is illegal and punishable by law and photography at the helipad is strictly prohibited. RIGHT TO CANCEL UNSAFE PASSSNGERS HHSPL reserves the right to cancel passengers who are A. Unruly or Abusive B. Intoxicated C. Sick / Mentally unbalanced or anyone whom we deem unsafe to fly. Full refund will be issued to such passengers.
